2023 Annual Conference

The Friends of South Carolina Libraries Annual Conference is an opportunity for library Friends, Board Members, Trustees, and Staff to receive information and engage in networking. The training is designed to assist in their mission to support libraries in South Carolina. Hosted by the Aiken County Public Library and the Friends of the Aiken County Library.

The 2022 Friends of South Carolina Libraries Annual Conference was held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the Wando Mount Pleasant Branch Library, with in-person and virtual attendees. Speakers presented sessions on marketing and nonprofit insurance.

Additional programs included guest author Dorothy St. James, a Friends idea exchange open forum, and behind the scenes tour of the Wand Mount Pleasant Library. Access to the recorded sessions may be purchased for $15. For more information, please contact
